NAO HIRING: STUDENT ASSOCIATE
Group NAO is happily blooming with new projects, exciting clients and playful ideas, which is why we are looking for Student Associate(s) to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with analytical curiosity, appetite for new technology applications, and excellent skills in creative writing.
Group NAO exists to create the change we believe is needed in the global visitor economy and in the broader experience economy. We work with initiatives and projects that empower resident engagement, support regenerative business models, and leverage AI and innovation in tourism, culture, cities, and communities. Since we founded our adventure in 2019, we have established NAO as creative change makers, strategists and communicators with clients and partners across Europe, North America and South America. We always work in collaborative partnerships for people-based communities, cities and destinations.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR…
… someone with a curious and analytical mind. As a Student Associate, you will work on a variety of strategic and creative projects across NAO’s platforms, while collaborating closely with senior partners on strategy development, workshop facilitation, and other key initiatives. More specifically, you will:
- Conduct interviews, research and co-write articles, cases, reports
- Help research diverse topics and issues of travel and tourism, AI and innovation, culture and urban development and more.
- Assist in project coordination and planning
- Help visualise findings in reports, presentations, white papers, articles etc.
- Support the development of new business proposals
- Contribute to client presentations and deliverables
- Produce content for NAOs communication channels (website, social media)
You are currently well into your bachelor’s or just started your master’s in a relevant degree such as international business, sociology, anthropology, political science, urban planning or tourism studies. You have strong writing and presentation skills, and fair proficiency in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and most commonly used LLMs. Danish language skills are an advantage, but since our working language is mostly English, high professional and playful proficiency in English is a requirement.
Also, if you have skills or knowledge we haven’t even realised we need in NAO, we’d love to hear how you think you can make a difference!
