Core Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year brand-awareness and culture campaigns, including post-campaign reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Strategic, Creative, and Production leads in your Masterbrand portfolio, ensuring on-brief, timely, and on-budget delivery. Foster strong relationships with our direct Masterbrand leads and key heads of departments within the Agency.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of campaign operations and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Masterbrand colleagues and Our LEGO® Agency (OLA) teams.
- Manage subsequent project deliverables, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
- Facilitate OLA Hubs' involvement to meet regional needs and align with global strategy for campaign amplification.
- Collaborating with both internal and external agencies and other LEGO® partners when vital.

In Our LEGO® Agency, we are driving communication and content experiences through the development and execution of global advertising campaigns, as well as bringing to life new media experiences and activating local tactics across the brand’s portfolio of play experiences. This role is part of a larger distributed team who leads and orchestrates across a globally dispersed organization.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate will be able to translate business and commercial needs into impactful marketing and communication strategies and clear scopes of work, working across OLA to develop and deliver on global branded communication strategies, narratives, concepts and content across owned, earned, shared and paid channels.
We imagine that the right candidate is equivalent to a senior account director in an external agency and now looking for a new opportunity where you can grow and develop at a very exciting time.
We would love to meet applicants from a diverse set of backgrounds, including:
- Proven account / business management experience within a digital or creative agency, with demonstrable and clear track record of successfully simultaneously running multiple portfolios, whilst building strong senior client relationships and producing outstanding creative, digital, shopper/e-commerce or socially led campaigns.
- Strong client partner and project management experience in high-profile brand building, particularly for globally recognized consumer brands.
- Strong writing skills that include executive summaries, memos, pre-reads, briefs and presentation materials.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills - comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels, including top executives.
- Thrive in independent work and juggling multiple projects.
- Strong business expertise and fluency in English is a requirement, with presentation experience as an asset.
