Communication Specialist - Internal Storyteller & Change Communicator

Are you a skilled communicator with a creative eye and a knack for storytelling in multiple formats? And do you want to help shape communication in a company going through one of Denmark’s most significant business transformations? Then you might be the Communication Specialist we’re looking for at Danish Crown.

About the job

We are looking for a skilled communicator to join our Corporate Communication & Public Affairs team – a high-spirited unit working across the business.

You will work closely with our Director of Internal & Leadership Communication as well as other colleagues, and your focus will be to create engaging content for our internal channels, helping employees across all roles and locations understand where we are going – and feel part of the journey.

You’ll be producing content that supports our transformation, builds leadership communication and strengthens our internal culture. One day, you’ll be interviewing the Group CEO on camera. The next, you’ll be writing an article about a transformation project at one of our factories or planning how to roll out a communication platform to colleagues in production.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing internal storytelling that engages and inspires
  • Ensuring employees are well-informed about changes and feel part of the journey
  • Creating leadership communication that influences attitudes and behaviour
  • Producing content such as interviews, articles, videos and other relevant formats
  • Leading internal communication projects – for example, the rollout of Viva Engage (our internal social media platform) to our production workforce – and supporting cross-functional campaigns and broader initiatives
  • Managing internal communication channels, including intranet and infoscreens
  • Supporting the planning and execution of internal events such as townhalls

About you
You love to write, communicate, and structure complex messages—and you thrive in a dynamic and busy environment where you can take ownership of projects and workflows. You have an eye for both the big strategic picture and the small details that make a difference, and you take pride in delivering high-quality work.

We imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant background in communication, journalism, or media production
  • Are a strong communicator with flawless Danish and English – both written and spoken
  • Are independent, proactive and action-oriented
  • Are confident in producing and editing video content, and comfortable with basic image editing tasks
  • Know how to tailor messages to different audiences – from frontline workers to senior leaders
  • Know how to use AI tools to enhance and accelerate content creation

We offer

  • A varied and hands-on role in a small but ambitious and high-spirited team
  • A chance to make a real impact during a company-wide transformation
  • Close collaboration with leaders and colleagues across the organisation
  • The opportunity to shape how we communicate with our 23,000 global colleagues
