You will join an exciting, pioneering growth journey as part of a newly shaped International Brand Team, where you will play a key role in strengthening equity, communication and pack design for our Mirror Brands across priority markets.International Brand Director
How you will make an impact
In this role, you will lead the international brand agenda for Arla’s Mirror Brands Dano and Milex, with a clear mission to restore profitable share growth and build strong, differentiated and nutrition‑led brand positions. Working closely with local market teams and global stakeholders in priority markets (Nigeria, Bangladesh and Dominican Republic), you will strengthen brand equity, elevate communication and develop scalable pack design solutions that create meaningful difference and justify a price premium versus cheaper alternatives. Your responsibilities include;
- Lead brand equity, communication and pack design for Dano and Milex at international level in close collaboration with local teams
- Develop and refine Brand Equity Wheels and brand architecture to ensure clear positioning, differentiation and portfolio clarity
- Drive communication development from briefing to creative platforms and execution, including co‑leading agency processes
- Deliver scalable communication toolkits and pack design solutions across priority markets
- Identify and unlock profitable brand stretch, innovation and scale opportunities across the portfolios
The role sits within the International Brand Team and reports directly to the International Brand Director. You could be based in Aarhus Denmark, Copenhagen Denmark, Solna Sweden, Leeds UK or Düsseldorf Germany. You can expect up to 30 days of travel per year.

You have successfully worked with brands in competitive and price‑sensitive categories and understand how to build meaningful differentiation that drives both equity and commercial results. You are comfortable operating across multiple markets, enabling scale while respecting local needs, and you navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with confidence and clarity. With a consumer‑centric and analytical mindset, you balance creativity with commercial focus and bring positive energy and passion for building strong, consumer‑led brands that deliver sustainable growth.
